This website is owned and operated by Roshini’s Boutique. We make this website available to you upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and policies stated here. By visiting our site and/or ordering something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you use our website. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.
We reserve the right to update or make changes to any part of these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
RENTAL POLICY
Roshini’s Boutique offers a wide range of outfits that are bought from designers/fashion outlets or custom-made at our boutique. We invest a huge amount in each piece ranging from Rs.10,000 to Rs.80,000 and make it available to you at an affordable rental rate. You are expected to handle the outfit with the utmost care, just as you’d care for your outfits as they will be loved and worn by several other gorgeous women like you.
Please Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor/screen settings.
The Deposit and Rental Fee has to be paid fully to book your outfit for your desired date. The Rental Fee allows you to rent the outfit for 48 hours. If you fail to return the outfit/initiate shipping within 48 hours we will have to invoice additional per-day rental charges. You can get in touch with us to extend the rental dates if required and pay the required per-day rental charge. The rental fee may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. Rentals booked with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur an additional 50% fee. Book at least two weeks in advance to pay the standard rental fee.
Each user can only rent one outfit at a time. If you are looking to bulk order for an event, get in touch with us and we can discuss further.
You can visit our store only after booking an appointment with us. The appointment is confirmed when a Trial Fee of Rs. 500 is paid. A maximum of two outfits can be tried on. The trial fee will be deducted from the rental fee if you book the outfit for your special event. However, if you choose not to rent any of our outfits, the Trial Fee will not be returned.
DEPOSIT
The Deposit Fee is collected to ensure you return the outfit to us in the same condition.
The Deposit is the same amount as the rental fee. The amount will be fully refunded after you return the outfit to us in the same condition.
We do understand that a little dust or makeup can get on your outfit. And that’s fine by us. But we will have to deduct money if there are any hard makeup stains, stubborn dirt, food stains, missing accessories or fabric tears. Upon serious damage or losing the outfit, you will have to pay the complete store-bought price.
Please note, the Deposit will be returned within 24 hours once we check the outfit after you return it to us.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept offline payments either through Debit/Credit Card or GPay. You are to pay the Rental Fee, Deposit Fee and Shipping Charges (if applicable), at the time of placing an order. Please send a screenshot of the payment to us immediately at roshinisboutiquechennai@gmail.com

SHIPPING & RETURN
We currently ship throughout India and Sri Lanka only. Our boutique is based in Chennai and we offer self-pickup for Chennaiites. You can also arrange for pickup through delivery agents like Swiggy, Dunzo etc. and return the outfit the same way i.e. self-dropping or through a delivery agent.
Our standard shipping rate within Tamil Nadu is INR 350 and for other Indian states is INR 500. The shipping charge for Sri Lanka is INR 800. You are to courier it back to us after using it for 48 hours. Please share details of the courier by Email/WhatsApp so we can track the package. You will be charged additional rental charges if the outfit is not couriered after 48 hours of use.
CANCELLATION
If you arrive at our store for pickup and decide to cancel the order, you may do so and get a full refund of the Rental Fee but only 50% of the Deposit Fee as the outfit was prepared and booked for you for the chosen date.
If the outfit is shipped to you, and you decide to return it without using it, you may courier it back to us within 2 hours of receiving the outfit and send us a copy of the courier receipt. The courier charge should be borne by you. The Rental Fee will be fully refunded. However, the Shipping Charges and 50% of the Deposit Fee cannot be refunded. In case the outfit is damaged or if you receive a wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
